NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the perform- ance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated September 19, 2006, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded September 26, 2006, at Book 2626, Page 195 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Sevier County, Tennessee, executed by Jeffrey Odoms, conveying certain property therein described to Cherokee Title as Trustee for Pinnacle Direct Funding Corpora- tion and the undersigned, Aaron L. Squyres of Wil- son Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee. NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable and that an agent of Aaron L.
