HOUSEBOAT.  1972 CREST 35',  Aluminum Pontoons. 85 Johnson Motor. Runs good.  Sleeps 6. Table folds into bed to sleep 2 people. The bottom bunk slides out to sleep 2 and the top bunk sleeps 1. The small sofa also folds into a bed, but I have never tried it. The toilet is a port a pot which has never been used. The front and back deck have  3/4" treated plywood with new outdoor carpet on each deck, installed last year. The motor cover has a crack on it, but it still runs fine and has been checked out by a very knowledgeable boat mechanic. There is a crack in one of the small windows above the bunk bed with no leak that I have seen. The doors have a little wood rot from the water coming in on them without the windows closed. Some flaking paint.Tune up last year, carbs cleaned, new plugs, good compression, water pump good. Electric Starter.

We have had lots of fun relaxing on this houseboat. Great weekend getaway!  Houseboat located on Norris Lake.
