During his 33 year career, he has managed the successful completion of more than a billion dollars of construction. He has experience in virtually every type of building construction, from educational to industrial, to religious facilities.

Sandy is also the first builder in East Tennessee to earn the designation of Certified Construction Manager from the Construction Management Association of America which is the only certification accredited by the ANSI. The CCM designation is honored in 145 countries and has become the international gold standard of construction management.
