85. I have a very bad itch on my scalp, dry scaly skin in my ears, itch under my arms, across my chest and in my groin. I also have very bad scaling on my chin. Then the next important issue is a diagnosis of the hair loss which could be a condition called telogen effluvium or possibly androgenetic alopecia.
