- Lately I have been having a problem where the skin on the top of both of my thighs close to my knees is breaking out with acne. It's only on my knees for some reason, and it seems to be surrounding hair follicles. It's been there for about a month.

Am-Lactin is one of these and that is available over-the-counter without a prescription. Also, 5% Lac-Hydrin is available over-the-counter; however, Am-Lactin should be more effective. « less
- I have dark circles under my eyes. They tend to get darker with allergies but are basically already there. I have heard that there are things dermatologists can do to reduce the darkness. I don't like to wear heavy makeup, so I would prefer a different solution.

Diseases such tinea versicolor and vitiligo can affect the coloration of your skin, also something called poikiloderma. Therefore, I would recommend you have an evaluation with somebody to determine the most effective course of action to improve your skin. « less

- Hello, I have had VERY thick toenails for about 7 years. These are my second toenails on both feet, and my third toe on one foot. I believe it is toenail fungus. The fungus is now affecting the growth of my second toes, as one of them is now growing somewhat sideways. The fungus is now just hard and has become part of the nail. I took Lamisil years ago, and did not see results. What are your recommendations for how to handle this problem?
