Two related questions about Cabernet...

Along with my wife, I enjoy unblended, pure Cabernet wines. I have seen a lot of questions about getting economic deals for $10 to $15. My first question: Could you name a few of your finest Cabernet wines that you carry? (We love fine wines, and we love Caymus, as a point of reference.). If a wine can cellar for many years, this would be great for us.

My other question: I appreciate wine spectator's top 100 list. However, it is my experience that most all of these wines on the list are not available anywhere. Do you have a way of helping your customers get these wines before they make these lists? EThanks in advance.
