Hi,
My arch and the left side of my left foot is very sore, more sore when I turn my ankle toward the right. My upper left thigh (on top) is numb feeling also.
What can it be? How do I get relief?
Thanks,
Diane

Your arch pain may be due to a condition called plantar fasciitis. Please visit www.footphysicians.com/footankleinfo/heel-pain.htm for additional information and treatment options. I cannot answer the question about your upper thigh numbness.
